This page sets out the rules applied by Reserv Go when a customer wishes to cancel all or part of their subscriptions, request a refund, or exercise their cancellation rights.
These terms apply to all offers available on the website, in particular the Concierge subscription and the Magazine subscription, and complement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any customer may request the cancellation of their subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee.
In the absence of a more favourable provision under the offer, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or applicable law, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. The customer retains access to the service until that date.
3.1 – One-off Hourly Packs
Hourly packs are paid once and do not renew, so no subscription cancellation is required.
3.2 – Unlimited Plan
The Unlimited plan includes a three (3)-day trial charged at £0.01. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the monthly subscription from starting. Once active, cancellation prevents the next monthly renewal.
3.3 – Magazine
The Magazine is first billed seven (7) days after subscription at up to £7.60 per month. Cancellation prevents the next scheduled charge.

Regardless of the channel used, the request must reach Reserv Go before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Once the request has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation stating the effective end date of their subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period already paid for, unless the statutory right of withdrawal or a more favourable commercial guarantee applies.
No closing fee is charged. Subscriptions taken out without a fixed-term commitment may be ended at any time in accordance with these terms.
Each subscription — the Concierge on one side, the Magazine on the other — follows its own independent cycle: ending one does not automatically cancel the other, unless the subscribed offer expressly provides otherwise.
Any customer acting as a consumer benefits from a statutory withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the purchase date for an hourly pack or the subscription date for the Unlimited plan or Magazine.
This right is exercised by means of any clear and unambiguous statement expressing the customer's wish to withdraw, from the customer area, by email to contact@reserv-go.com, or using the model withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page.
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, amounts paid are refunded within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receipt of the request.
If the customer has expressly requested that the service begin before the statutory withdrawal period expires, they will remain liable for an amount proportionate to the service already provided up to the date of withdrawal. This provision applies to both the Concierge and the Magazine.
Reserv Go offers a "satisfaction guarantee", which is separate from and independent of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Under this guarantee, customers may request a refund of their most recent subscription charge, for any reason. The request may only cover the most recent payment made.
Requests can be submitted via the website chat or from the customer's personal space. If approved, the refund is processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days and returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
This commercial guarantee supplements the customer's statutory rights and does not replace them.
